Vasantham Star 2009 returns with a bang!
The most anticipated competition series is back to wow audiences!
The search for the next big star on Vasantham
is here again for it’s 3rd season!
A competition that guarantees instant stardom for the winner.
"Live The Life Of A Vasantham Star"
That’s what this year’s Vasantham Star stands to gain.
Vasantham Star sets to unearth talented youths and transform them to stars. It is renowned as a platform for artistes to be discovered within the Indian Community in Singapore. The previous winners of Vasantham Stars, Mohd Shabir and Ebi Shankara, have now become household names in the Indian community. Since their victories, both Shabir and Ebi have been part of high profile mainstream events like the National Day Parade and President’s Star Charity.
You can now live the life of a Vasantham Star too! Come down for the Auditions at:
Venue: Caldecott Broadcast Centre, MediaCorp, Andrew Rd
Dates: 4th & 5th of July 2009
Time: 10am to 5pm
What we are looking for – Not only a good singer but also someone who can perform for television. The Vasantham Star must be able to sing well and at the same time have that television charisma and personality.
Rules & Regulations for the Auditions:
1. The Vasantham Star auditions will be held at Caldecott Broadcast Centre, MediaCorp.
Participants need to be present at the MediaCorp reception.
2. Participants can come on either one of the 2 days, anytime between 10am to 5pm.
3. Participants have to practice a minimum of 3 songs fully.
4. Participants are required to be well dressed. The Management reserves the right not to allow those
inappropriately dressed for the auditions. So remember, Dress Like A Star.
5. The competition is open to all Singapore citizens and Singapore permanent residents only.
All particpants are reqired to bring along their identification cards / documents.
6. Participants entering the competition must be 18 years and above.
7. Participants who belonged to the top 10 finalists for Vasantham Star 2005 & 2007
are not eligible to participate again.

2days ago, he practiced his singing with me under a blk in JW. duh.. i didnt sing, jus commented and encouraged him..

aft practising, he kneeled infront of me, i was seated on the stone stool, he grabbed my head with this 2 huge palms, looked into my eyes, ( i tot he was going to kiss me.. hahaha!!! well i was waiting.. but) he said, "Ma, Be with me all the way.. not until they kick me out, until i die.. will u promise me that.. u're the reason for who i am now.. but dun leave.. i always need u by myself.. and.. u bring me gd luck.."
i stared at him aft he said the last sentence.. and we starting pinching and running around and fighting and den.. hugging. hahahaaaaaaaa.. gundus..
tdy, met up with zakiyah, who wanted to hear Boyy practise. we ate at ENAQ (nice foooood) den headed off to pract. meanwhile Zakiyah had probs.. and we got too engross in tt.. and left the place, as soon as she was ok.
Zakiyah -> its not ur fault. the day wasnt spoilt. be happy.
while walking back to the bus stop, Boyy imitated my facial expression wen i tried to hold back my tears.. and i pinched him and he pinched me back and we fought and i ran back to zakiyah.. and in the middle of the road, cars going opposite direction, we still can pinch n hit each other.. omg..
crazy.
i stopped disturbing him wen he accidently punched my stomach. and i was so grouchy aft tt.. told him i dowan to tok to him and etc.
but told him ltr on, tt cos of the pain.. he understood. he always does.
cheered zakiyah up by giving her the superman shirt and anna sui wallet, i brought in KL.
*speaking of KL hehe.. yet to upload bro's bday, and KL trip pics.*
and she was seen smiling all the way.. no more sad/hurt/ or other stupid feelings

met up with Darshini.. her fren. and she was so bubbly.. they 2 were engrossed over smth.. while i was busy continueing the fight with Boyy.. but in sms. haha..
upon reaching YT, mom called. rushed back home.
Zakiyah was last seen happy with Shini.
