my buddy system was fun!
shes a seni0r stuff. her name is Siti Hawamah. she intr0 herself t0 me n 0thers as Hawa.. Hawaii? ok nvm.. i liked her the m0ment i saw her. wen my instruct0r asked 0ne 0f us t0 sit beside her. i didnt hesistate, i jus sat beside her. i made the right ch0ice. =)
shes super LOUD. haha. shes plum and behaves like a typical malay but m0re matured den the typical malay teens.
guess wad.. shes an indian muslim. her dad is a n0rth indian wh0 has the charcoal c0l0ur. m0m is an indian muslim wit malay bl00d. m0m is fair. Her br0 n sister n0es n understand hindi & mly damn well. but n0t tamil. but tis seni0r 0nli n0es malay and understands hindi but cannot speak. waah.. like me.. l0lx! shes 28, but l00ks like 22.. shes a divorcee. married f0r 8 yrs. n0 kids. but she l00k damn y0ung sia..
wen she asked my age , she was like, dun lie la.. u shld be 16 or 17.. lolx! she t0t i malay.. c0s 0f my l00ks. den wen she wr0te my name in a ppr, as Nazirah BANU, she was like eh u peranakkan eh? i 0s0! lolx!
she t00k all the calls.. made me 0bserve h0w she take the 0rder and speak t0 cust0mer. attended t0 0nli 16 calls. in the middle, 0ut 0f the blue m00n, we b0th speaking hindi. haha~
cute la.. den she made me take down the last 4 0rders. she t0ked , i typed.. 1 0rder, i g0 enter different c0de and wen she was t0king t0 the cust, she mute and said, '' listen pr0perly t0 wat the cust telling u '' she made me see my 0wn mistake. wah she s0unded fierce, diff frm h0w she t0ked t0 me bef0re tt call. c0s of tt i g0t tense and scared. aft hanging up she gave me tt "wth u did, why like tt! " playful kinda l00k.
tell u, i was super scared edi la.. i didnt wan t0 take calls.den she pat on my back n say.. nvm! dun w0rry. why feeling scared? im here f0r u rite.. den other calls was ok n fun. especially wen the ooru kaaren called. lolx! ask me personalli i'll tell u.. kinda lazy t0 type
in the end, my buddy g0tta give comments and feedback t0 my supervis0r. u n0e theres a ting saying " n0 matter hw much gd deed u did, one bad deed will spoil ur image straight away ". i was tinking, confirm, cos of tt stupid call she gonna say smth bad. cos her attitude changed slighty aft tt call...
anyway, she t0ld my sup, " Naz ah, she ah.. hmm.. ok lah.. everytime smile smile.. able t0 take 0rders. learns her mistake herself & 0n the sp0t. wen cust., says 0rder fast, she panics and start t0 l00k at the c0de all 0ver the place, c0des that she oredi n0e & rmbered.. her voice wise, 0ne can sp0t whether she smiling 0r angerily t0king to cust. 0verall, perfect. fast learner. n0t fussy, patient."

sup asked to rate my work.. my buddy gave me 10/10 =)
The rest 0f the training grp the mly gang n the indian fellas oso being commented. my rate was the highest. so Sup gave me an award. PizzaHut voucher! WEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
